The Precolumbian Poporo symbol is one of the most recognized pre-columbian indigenous art pieces, and has been depicted in the Colombian currency, in coins and bills. In Colombia, the Poporos are found in pottery and carved stones of chibcha, muisca, and Quimbaya cultures. The Poporo is the symbol of manhood. For a man the Poporo is a good companion that means food, woman, memory and meditation.

Made from 24 Karat gold-plate over pewter and measures 16 inch long. Golden beads are made 24 kt gold plate over pewter.
