Buddha in Meditation Vippasana Ceramic Unisex Pendant Necklace -
The Buddha in meditation is perhaps the most important symbol in Buddhism. It shows the core method of spiritual practice taught by the Buddha. This basic method is called "mindfulness of breathing".
