# Egyptian Nefer Shape Hieroglyph Drop Dangle Earrings 1.25L

These earrings were inspired by a string of beads in the shape of a **“Nefer” hieroglyph** (original image above). Found by William W. Flinders Petrie on an excavation in 1921. The Nefer charms created for the necklace imitate the shape of **“Nefer” sign, which means Goodness and Beauty**. These adornments were intended to symbolically transfer such attributes to the wearer.

Made in USA from 24 Karat gold-plate over pewter. Measures approximately 0.4 in W x 1.25 in L each.
