This wall hanging reproduces an **ancient tombstone for a woman named Glykylla from Classical Greece** (circa 430 BC to 400 BC). It was made in Athens to celebrate the life of Glykylla, who we see seated with her feet on a footstool in front of her maidservant. The upper class woman wears traditional Greek attire.

The original funerary stone is in the **British Museum** collection and was originally excavated at Thebes.

Reproduction is made to look aged from resin with an aged grey finish, ready to hang with a wire mount screwed securely to the back, measures 15.25 in L x 9.25 in H x 1.5 in D. Weighs 6.7 lbs. PN T88130
