Three Dancers Statue by Canova Bonded Marble from Italy, Assorted Sizes - 4795X -
Hand in hand, this beautiful sculpture depicts the crowning ceremony of three young semi-nude dancers by Antonio Canova created during the Neoclassical period in France. Two women place a wreath of flowers over a third woman as part of a celebration for spring time. Canova interprets his women in the style of classical ideals as young maidens at the perfect youthful age. His rendering of their graceful bodies with flowing fabric skirts is enchanting.
This reproduction of Canova's Three Dancers Statue is made in Italy from carrara bonded marble on a black base, imported from Italy. It is available in two sizes.
