The design of these precolumbian earrings was inspired by a rare Valdivia stone from Equador circa 3300-2000 BC. The abstract roller seal figure with spectacle-like eyes is reminiscent of Cycladic idols from ancient Greece. A Calima / Tumaco La Tolita.
Made from 24 Karat gold plate over pewter with sterling silver posts. Measures 0.6" x 1.75".
Stone colors: black onyx, blue lapis, or red carnelian.
