In Colombia, the Poporos are found in pottery and carved stones of chibcha, muisca, and Quimbaya cultures. The Poporo is the symbol of manhood. Made from 24 Karat gold-plate over pewter and measures 16 inch long. Golden beads are made 24 kt gold plate over pewter.
