Peter Lipman-Wulf in Brief

Peter Lipman-Wulf was born in Berlin in 1905 and trained in woodworking in Oberammergau. He studied at the Berlin Academy and won a Prussian State Competition prize in 1928.

He left Germany after 1933 and won a gold medal at the 1937 Paris Exposition. He settled in New York in 1947 and taught at Adelphi University.
